Dramamine from the Pharmacy

These four hour bus rides on winding mountain roads are killing me.  I keep getting motion sickness.  Before our last road trip, I went to the pharmacy to buy Dramamine and they brought out an already opened box.  I was thinking that I didn't want a package that was open but then the lady asked me how many pills I wanted.  Apparently, in Costa Rica, they sell partial packages of medicine.  So, I took six.  It cost about $900 colones, or less than $2 US Dollars for my six pills.
