Pasta salad, fried plantain, a hamburger patty, and picadillo. The picadillo is like a hash and this one is made from arracache root, which is kind of like a parsnip.
It kinda looks gross but your description of what it is sounds good. Well now that I think about it all food sounds good to me... (if you can't tell I'm kinda hungry)
